Each hour, a new high resolution image is transmitted to the
Foundation that then replaces the image shown here. This wide angle view at
the new rail road bridge construction site at the Niantic River is adjacent
to the existing rail road bridge seen on the left. The camera is looking
east toward Millstone Point in Waterford. Niantic Bay is south and to the
