Third annual display presented by The East Lyme Public Trust Foundation and Niantic Main Street. 

For a $50 donation, you receive a buoy to create and design. It will be displayed on Main Street this coming holiday season! The buoy will be returned to you in January, 2026. Buoys can be purchased beginning at Celebrate East Lyme - July 19th at The East Lyme Public Trust Foundation booth on Main St.  After CEL, they will be available at Coastal Gifts on Main, Mermaid Liquor, Cafe Sol, and at the Niantic Farmers Markets.

IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION:

Buoy Deadline: Nov. 7, 2025 Return your buoy by this date for inclusion on opening night

Opening Night: Nov.21, 2025 @ 5:30 pm Official first night; music, Snoopy & more! 

End of Display: Jan. 9, 2026 Trees taken down, dependent on weather 

Buoy Pickup: Jan. 9 – 11 At the old Police Station.

This year, we have a donation option. Would like to support the activities and projects the proceeds from this event generate but know you won't submit a buoy? We are accepting purchases of a buoy and will donate it to a local school for the students to paint.
